Mixed at Bear Tracks, Suffern, NY except track 4-2 recorded and mixed at Water Studios, Hoboken, NJ.

Track 4-2 is a “Life Before Insanity” outtake recorded live in the studio and noted in booklet as „bonus track, unreleased studio outtake“

Exact re-issue of first edition, except for Volcano label, cat # and CDs painting colour.
